Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Synergy Digital Lab website (synergydigitallab.com) or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or our services.

Services

Synergy Digital Lab provides custom web design, local SEO, paid advertising management, and related digital marketing services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual project proposals or service agreements provided to each client.

Results Disclaimer

Any results, case studies, or performance metrics discussed on this site represent past outcomes for specific clients and are not a guarantee of future results. Results vary based on individual business circumstances, market competition, budget, and other factors outside our control.

Liability Disclaimer

The content provided by Synergy Digital Lab is for informational purposes only. Synergy Digital Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website content. Our total liability to any client is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of all custom code, design assets, and content created for their project. Synergy Digital Lab retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing. The Synergy Digital Lab brand, logo, and website content remain our intellectual property.

Payment Terms

Project work requires a deposit before commencement. Remaining balances are due upon project completion unless alternative arrangements are made in writing. Hosting and ongoing services are billed on the agreed cycle. Non-payment may result in suspension of hosted services.

Termination

Either party may terminate ongoing service agreements with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all client-owned assets will be delivered within 14 business days. Prepaid hosting fees are non-refundable.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Collin County, Texas.
